My most important rule is your work must be of your own. Meaning, you have to make it. Please don't enter someone else's work claiming it was made by you. That's just unfair and plain wrong, not to mention cheating!I accept all graphic levels regardless what programs you use. Do you by chance use MS Paint? That's fine, feel free to enter my challenges. I see no reason why people say Paint users cant enter their graphics. Challenges are for fun -- why must people always segregate others?
When I choose winners I don't just select graphics that look good -- I always look at the effort put into your work. It always show, you know ;) I'd much rather a deserving entry then one that's slap dash and took all of three minutes.
This isn't a rule but I want to add that I almost always enter peoples comps who enter mine. It may take me a few days or even weeks before I get around to it, but I will pay back the favor by entering your contests :)
